The change of this policy has resulted in the increase of accounts receivable or bad debts of several photovoltaic listed companies, or a huge impairment of assets. Among them, due to the influence of the new policy of photovoltaic industry and the policy changes of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects in poor counties, the recovery of accounts receivable of the company’s commercial power plants and poverty alleviation projects can not be fulfilled on schedule, and the company has made 394 million yuan of provision for new bad debts.
In addition, Hailu Heavy Industries acquired Jiangnan Integrated Photovoltaic Enterprise in 2017.
